Particulars 

This table sets out the particulars of the promotional competition described below.

 

Name of promotional competition (Promotion) WHITEFOX Above Reserve Competition
Promoter refers to WHITEFOX REAL ESTATE PTY LTD (ABN: 83 614 253 913) whose Instagram handle is @whitefoxrealestate.
Eligible entrants Entry is only open to permanent residents of Melbourne, Victoria aged eighteen (18+) years and over and who are able to take delivery of the Prize (Entrants).

Promoter’s employees, associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible. 

Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of entry and at the time of determining Prize Winners.
Promotional period starts 02/10/2023 at 12pm AEDST
Promotional period ends 04/10/2023 and all entries must be received by 12:00PM AEDST
Entry process  The Promoter’s competition will run with entry via Instagram only

To make a valid entry for your chance to win one of the Prizes in the Promoter’s competition, each entrant must enter the competition via Instagram by:

  • Tagging 3 people they ‘would love to share a WHITEFOX lager with’; and
  • The person entering the competition must be following @whitefoxrealestate on Instagram.
Maximum entries Only one (1) entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Only one entry per person (Instagram user profile) for the competition will be accepted.
Winner Determination Game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners. 

All Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draws will take place at WHITEFOX Real Estate HQ, Level 1, 428c Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142  on XX/XX/2023.
The “competition” and its “Prizes” There are twenty (20) Prizes to be won in total.

Each Prize is one (1) case (24 cans) of WHITEFOX Above Reserve lager beer. 

The total prize pool is valued at approximately $1,300 inc. GST.
Notification of Winners The Winner will be notified by the Promoter’s Instagram profile/page within two (2) business days from the draw date.
Prize supplier  The Promoter
Winner Publication  At the Promoter’s discretion, each Winner may be announced via social media (Instagram) @whitefoxrealestate.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. 
Unclaimed Prize/s Any unclaimed Prize/s will be deemed null and void 90 days from each respective Winner’s Publication date.
Delivery of the Prize Winners must collect their prize from WHITEFOX HQ (located at Level 1, 428c Toorak Rd, Toorak VIC 3142) and show government-issued identification (including proof of age) to receive their prize. 

Terms and conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions of the Promotion described above.
  2. The above Particulars and information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time in accordance with state regulations.
  3. By entering this promotional competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  4. The competition is free to enter (there is no purchase necessary). Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  5. Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  6. Entry is only open to residents as described in the Particulars who are aged 18 or over. The Promoter’s employees, associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible. Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of entry and at the time of determining prize Winners.
  7. Entry will only be accepted during the Promotional Period which starts and ends as specified in the Particulars.
  8. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Promotion. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be invalid.
  9. Entries are limited to one per person (per Instagram user profile).
  10. The Promoter’s determination of Winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners. 
  12. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named Prizes become unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
  14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prizes in question.
  15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prizes for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a competition entrant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the competition entrant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  16. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where any of the Prizes become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  17. The name, address, email address, and phone number of the Prize Winners must be provided to the Promoter if requested and may be shared to enable fulfilment of each Prize.​ The Promoter will never contact you requesting your passwords or other sensitive information.   18. Each Winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of the Promoter after the Winners have been selected.
  19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
