A word from Marty

When launching WHITEFOX in 2017, my vision for real estate was ambitious. Having over 15 years experience at traditional agencies, I wanted to build one that didn’t look, talk, or feel like the others. So, with help, I dissected how it had always been done and then changed it for the better.

It wasn’t just about being different, it was about being smarter through developing a distinct tone of voice, curated content, a robust digital strategy, and bold creative. As a result, we’ve elevated property marketing for those wanting a higher level of presentation and engagement for their assets.

Starting with a strategic placement in Melbourne’s blue-chip suburbs, our agency quickly experienced success. We learned that having ‘no core area’ didn’t hinder our growth; instead, it allowed us to elevate the industry standard. Expanding beyond Melbourne, we seized an opportunity to open offices in both the New Zealand market and across Australia.

Today, with offices in Perth, Adelaide, and the North and South Islands of New Zealand, WHITEFOX continues to represent luxury properties and cultivate a reputation for welcomed disruption.
