WHITEFOX has officially landed on the shores of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
In November 2025, we opened the doors to our newest office in Manly, marking a significant milestone in our continued global expansion and a bold entry into one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal markets.

Even before the paint was dry on our new headquarters, the team was rewriting the local playbook. Operating without a physical office in the initial weeks, the crew secured 5 sales within just 28 days of launching. To date, the team has already transacted 6 properties, including a standout sale at 6/6 White Street, Balgowlah, which sold prior to auction for $2,700,000 which was well above its $2.5m guide; after just six days on the market.
