With close to two decades delivering some of Dubai’s most ambitious commercial and fit-out projects, Mark Shawyer brings engineering precision and leadership scale to WHITEFOX’s international expansion.
A Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) qualified professional, Mark has built his career across design, project management, and turnkey fit-out delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, navigating complex builds, and executing high-value projects in one of the world’s most competitive construction markets.
Having lived and worked in Dubai since 2007, he offers deep local knowledge, established networks, and an instinctive understanding of how business is done in the region.
Before joining WHITEFOX, Mark held senior leadership roles including Project Director and Managing Partner within major construction and fit-out groups, overseeing large-scale commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His strength lies in aligning vision with execution; turning strategy into tangible outcomes.
When he’s not building business, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or planning his next global adventure.
