Now stepping into the role of Executive Assistant to Dylan Francis, Jamie brings her exceptional organisational skills and calm leadership to the engine room of a high-performing sales operation. Her passion for real estate stems from growing up in a family of property developers, where she learned early that success is built on trust, communication, and attention to detail.

Jamie brings natural energy to the Northside team, playing a pivotal role in keeping day-to-day operations seamless and momentum strong. Living in Pascoe Vale with her husband, two boys, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Jamie’s life is just as organised outside of work.
