Marcus joins WHITEFOX Brighton as an Advisor & Negotiator – Project Consultant, bringing almost a decade of off-the-plan sales expertise and a reputation for blending market knowledge with genuine connection.

What began as a part-time role during his Bachelor of Commerce quickly became a career – eight years with one of Melbourne’s leading developers, building a sales team from the ground up, leading it to consistent top results, and selling 15 residential projects from blueprint to completion.

For Marcus, sales isn’t just about transactions; it’s about guiding clients through a project’s entire journey. From the first architectural render to the final walk-through, his approach is hands-on, transparent, and built on trust.

Now based in Elsternwick, Marcus splits his time between his own place and Brighton with his partner Jaimie and her cavoodle, Bailey. Away from the desk, you’ll find him hosting dinner parties, exploring Melbourne’s dining scene, or escaping to the coast or mountains for a walk.
